What you need:

- Mixed bell peppers – 1/2 cup, chopped
- Onion – 1/4 cup
- Garlic – 2 cloves, minced
- Salt – to taste
- Chilli pepper – to taste, optional,
- Cheese – 1/3 to 1/2 cup, mozzarella or cheddar
- Black pepper – 1/2 teaspoon
