Cloves are the warm and sweet spice that increase the blood flow and body temperature. They increase energy and nervous stimulation by relieving stress and anxiety.
They prevent quick ejaculation, which enables both partners to enjoy longer.
Clove also acts as an aphrodisiac which is important for both men and women’s sex drive. The essential oil extracted from them are also known to fights against impotence.

For oral health

Nobody likes a foul breath. It is unpleasant and embarrassing. Just chewing a piece of dry clove in your mouth will instantly freshen your breath and make you kiss-ready anytime, every time!
Cloves have antibacterial properties that are effective against plaque and gingivitis. Research has found that mouth rinse containing clove decrease the harmful bacteria in the mouth and improve gum health.

For improved liver health

The other area of clove benefit is in liver health. Cloves are high in antioxidants. Antioxidants can help prevent liver diseases because of their ability to reduce oxidative stress.

For respiratory health

Cloves work as an expectorant, loosening phlegm in the throat so you can cough it up.
Clove oil is especially effective in the treatment of bronchitis, asthma and other respiratory problems. They soothe the throat, alleviate pain and prevent inflammation.

To prevent obesity

Cloves stimulate metabolism, thereby ultimately helping in losing weight. Its anti-cholesteric and anti-lipid properties help in reducing cholesterol and plasma glucose level.

To prevent cancer

With cancer taking so many lives every year, this definitely has to be one of the most useful clove benefit.
The aromatic component eugenol and the flavonoid kumatakenin found in clove play a part in preventing cancer.
These active components have been shown to prevent the proliferation of cancer-causing cells by inducing cell death.

To prevent diabetes
Apart from its antiseptic properties, cloves also offer digestive health benefits. It not only keeps your blood sugar levels in check but promotes insulin production, further controlling diabetes.
This has to be the best clove benefits for men, especially for middle-aged men.
