Nigerians on Twitter reacted to American rapper Bia’s comments about Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy in a live video.
After Nicki Minaj mentioned Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido’s names in the conversation, the American rapper claimed in a live video with Nicki Minaj that she had no idea what the Afrobeats giants Wizkid, Burna Boy, and Davido look like.
Nigerians blasted the female rapper in response to her statement, stating that they, too, are unfamiliar with her.
Bia then apologized on Twitter, stating that she simply meant that she didn’t know what the Afrobeat stars looked like, not that she didn’t know their music.
