Great news as Nigerian author, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Tina Brown, Jonathan Lethem, and Darren Walker have been honored as Library Lions at the New York Public Library’s annual gala.
This year’s annual Library Lions Gala held on November 8, 2021, at the New York Public Library’s Stephen A. Schwarzman Building, bringing together the literary world.
Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, who was honored alongside Tina Brown, Jonathan Lethem, and Darren Walker, took to Instagram to share photos and speak about the event.
She said to be honored as a Library Lion is “utterly spirit-lifting.”
