Ingredients

1 large pack spaghetti

One cup of hot water

A tablespoon tomato paste

1/4 cup shredded kpomo

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1 small onion

Direction

• Stir fry the onion with kpomo and seasoning. I added just half of the seasoning and tomato paste
• Add hot water and stir. Check for taste and bring it to a boil.
• Add the noodles and stir gently. Check for taste and cover to cook for about five minutes or as soft as you like it.
• Serve your yummy Nigerian  jollof noodles hot with proteins.
