Laura Ikeji-Kanu celebrates 5 years of marital bliss
Nigerian fashion blogger and entrepreneur, Laura Ikeji-Kanu and her husband, Ogbonna Kanu are celebrating their fifth wedding anniversary today, January 19.
The founder of Hey! Laura, an online entertainment, fashion and lifestyle blog and mother of two took to her official Instagram page to share their pictures, saying it’s been five years of bliss.
She wrote: “5 yearssssss baby!!!! 5 years of being ya wife and the mother of ur kids, 5 years of loving and honouring you. 5 years of bliss. Happy wedding anniversary to us @ogbobekee1.”
The couple had their court wedding in Lagos on January 19, 2017. While their traditional marriage was held in her hometown in Nkwerre LGA, Imo state on January 28, 2017. In July 2017, they welcomed their first child together, Ryan Kanu, in Texas, the United States of America, and a second child, a girl named Laurel, who was also born in Texas, on February 28, 2020.
