‘Women, breastfeed your babies’ – Uche Obodo

Nollywood actress, Uche Obodo has advised women to endeavor to breastfeed their babies.
The breastfeeding mother shared this advice following a video of herself breastfeeding her nine-month-old baby, Lumina.
The actress who shared the video, captioned;

Though Uche didn’t state the reason for the advice, breastfeeding have been discovered to have several benefits on babies and mothers alike.
According to research, it protects against diseases, like diabetes and cancer.
It protects against infections, like ear infections.
Also, it is easily digested – no constipation, diarrhea or upset stomach and babies who are well breastfeed are said to have healthier weights as they grow.
