2022 Grammys: Kanye West bags two Grammys despite peeing on award in 2020

Controversial US rapper and singer, Kanye West, has won two awards at the 2022 Grammys despite filming himself peeing on one in 2020.
Safe to recall, two years ago, the ‘Jesus Walk’ crooner shocked fans by sharing on social media a video clip of himself urinating on one of his many Grammys after placing it in a toilet.
In what appeared to be a protest against the Universal Music Group (UMG), West, 44, shared screenshots of his contract with the record label company, while threatening more drastic actions if the group does not address the issues raised by him.
But on Sunday night, the ‘Ye’ singer won two awards; ‘Best Rap Song’ for ‘Jail’ featuring Jay Z, and ‘Best Melodic Rap Performance’ for ‘Hurricane’ with The Weeknd and Lil Baby.
With his newest awards, Kanye West currently has 24 Grammys.
The Grammy award is one of the most prestigious awards in the global showbiz industry.
