Latino/American musician, Enrique Martn Morales, better known by his stage name Ricky Martins, has been accused of domestic abuse by an anonymous party who also obtained a restraining order against him.

The order, according to the Associated Press, was handed down by a Puerto Rican judge on Friday, but according to authorities, Martin has not yet received it.

The alleged victim allegedly dated the artist for seven months before splitting up just a few months ago, according to sources, even though the petitioner has not yet been located.

Martin has reportedly been harassing the petitioner for the past two months after refusing to accept their split.

“Martin calls him frequently. In addition, the petitioner has seen him hanging around his residence on at least three occasions”, the order reportedly states.”

“The petitioner fears for his safety … the petitioning party demonstrated that there is a substantial possibility of immediate risk of abuse.”

He was recently hit with a $3 million lawsuit for unpaid commissions by his former manager, who claimed a gross violation of contract.

One of the most well-known Latin performers of all time, Ricky Martin is also a well-known singer and actor on a global scale.
