Shakira, ex-partner at each other’s throat over children custody
The approaching divorce between Shakira and her ex-footballer husband, Gerard Piqué, has taken a new turn as the ex-couple is at logger heads over who will gain custody of their kids.
According to details revealed by the portal Informalia, Colombian-born Shakira will allegedly go to any lengths necessary to fulfill her dream of raising her two children in Miami, even fabricating material that would not be favorable to the athlete.
They are unable to leave the country, not even for a brief excursion, thanks to Piqué.
A source informed the press stating:
“Shakira is not going to stop until she manages to move to Miami and take the children with her.”
“That is her main goal. But she can’t without Piqué’s consent, and he won’t give it. Not even for a few days of vacation.”
Following his split from the singer, the footballer does not want to be away from his children.
The outcome can’t be decided as it stands right now.
