Wizkid expresses love for Burna Boy and Davido at Afronation Music Festival

Ayo Balogun, better known by his stage as Wizkid, has said that the only thing he has left for two of his co-singers, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, and David Adeleke, well known as Davido, is love.

The singer startled the crowd on Saturday while singing at the 2022 Afronation music festival in Portugal when he said that he has nothing but love for his alleged adversaries.

The three is widely regarded as the most popular artists in Nigeria today, with their followers frequently arguing about who is the best.

Wizkid, however, downplayed their animosity throughout the performance. He also expressed gratitude to their supporters.

“I want to tell you tonight, Starboy, I gat love for Burna Boy, I gat love for Davido…and I want to thank you the fans for supporting us.”

When he claimed to be the best paid musician in African music history in March, Burna Boy reopened the smoldering argument between them about who was better.

However, his claim did not sit well with many individuals, especially Davido and Wizkid fans.

However, the musician argued that he is wealthier than the two.

He also addressed his detractors, saying;

“I don’t know why you think I’ll be joking when I said I am the highest paid, it’s not a joke, this is fact. Anyone wey e pain, go and get more money than me, work hard.”
