‘It’s the devil’, Paul Okoye speaks on now-resolved feud with twin brother

Paul Okoye, otherwise known as Rudeboy, has claimed that the ‘devil’ was to blame for the fight with his twin brother, Peter, and the dissolution of their music group, P-Square, before they reconciled last year.

The 40-year-old revealed this to a red carpet host at a recent event.

When asked what caused their six-year dispute, Paul Okoye replied, “it’s the devil.”

According to Paul, the disunity between him and his twin brother, Peter, was caused by family issues rather than music, according to an interview with media personality, Joey Akan, published on June 27.

Despite the outpouring of fan anger following the split, Rudeboy stated that he stayed quiet and said nothing because he knew the issue was one of family.

The singer said:

I kept silent. I never said anything. I never said anything, because I knew what the problem was. It was a family issue, and it turned out that P-Square had to pay for it. P-Square was just the sacrifice.

Rudeboy went on to say that he owes no one an explanation because he loves his family.

After years of feuding with Paul and Jude Okoye over P-management, Square’s Peter went solo.

Following each other back on Instagram, the couple reconciled in November 2021.
