Nigerian-based mindset and transformational coach Monica Nnoka Monica has concluded plans to host her transformative retreats in five countries of the world and Nigeria.

The aim of the retreat is to help individuals unlock untapped potential and manifest their originality to achieve excellence in life. The retreat also aims at charging women to live, evolve and unleash their untapped potential.

Speaking at a press conference in Lagos heralding the event, Monica, who is also known as “The MOre coach’’ stated that the retreat, themed, “Manifest your dream retreats’’ for men and women, holds between June and November 2023, in Ghana, Dubai, South Africa, Kigali, and the United Kingdom.

While the Nigeria edition of the retreat, which would be exclusively for women, with the theme, ‘’Evolve to become more is scheduled to hold in Lagos in July.

(L-r) Femi Luther-Abegunde, Augustine Nnoka, The MOre Coach- Monica Nnoka, EbunlomoFawole, Daramola Olusegun Adedapo during the press conference.

Speaking further, she said: “M.O.r.e is an acronym for Manifesting Originality to Release Excellence, which is the essence of my coaching. Everyone has the power to achieve greatness, but sometimes they need guidance to help them tap into it. I founded MOre-thenticity Ltd., which coaches and guides people to discover their full potential and live the life they were meant to live.”

Monica noted that many people across the world are going through emotional challenges due to economic situations, family problems and a host of others.

“The retreat would provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to take a break from their busy lives and away from the triggers they face to reflect on their inner potential and learn practices to manifest their dreams.

“It will help them clarify their purpose and develop the mindset and tools needed to move forward in their lives with confidence and creativity. We will take participants through a process that illuminates blind spots, fosters inner strength, and teaches them the science of awakening potential in the latent systems of the brain and body so that they are more enthused about life and become more productive and impactful.’’

Recounting her journey into becoming ‘The MOre Coach’, she revealed that it as a challenging experience, which saw her through the “bitter, sad, confused, and angry staged.”.

She however emerged from the crisis with the realisation that she had much more to give society.

That marked her turning point.

‘’ I lost my high-paying job and began questioning everything I knew. I was bitter, sad, confused, angry, and felt stuck. But my transformation started when I began to reflect on my life, and I discovered I had spent the first 35 years of my life unconscious and in autopilot mode.

“I had emotional wounds and I needed to be healed from them because I was constantly reacting to life.

“As I emerged from the crisis, I realised that I had much more to give society and that my seeming setback had become a turning point. ‘’

She however stated that people do not have to wait for crisis to become a better version of themselves, adding that life has valuable lessons, and one should listen and learn.

In her words: “People must learn to take intentional breaks, not just vacations, but for self-reflection and development. This will open them to more insights on how to move forward.

‘’These intentional breaks allow one to re-examine one’s life, and decide who they want to become and why we are here on the planet without the influence of society and the negative news that usually cripples the mind with fear and kills the seeds of creativity.
