The award was presented by the Nigerian Association of Technologists in Engineering (NATE) at its award ceremony on Thursday, August 24th, 2023. NATE Awards distinguish recipients for their contributions and leadership in standards development.

Emmanuel was recognized for his contribution in the advancement of network engineering profession through his company, NetEng Solutions.

NetEng Solutions is a full-service network engineering company founded by Emmanuel Alamu that provides end-to-end networking solutions and IT Consulting services for organizations and individuals.

“We’re very proud of Alamu,” said NATE president Lagos chapter, Tgst Ibidapo Kayode. “This award is a testament to his leadership and vision, and it shows what’s special about NetEng Solutions – where a team of network engineering experts work tirelessly with the goal of changing the world.

Emmanuel said network engineers are a very important part of the society as they provide support in designing and installing network systems and put into effect systems standards that are reliable and secure in conducting everyday activities that use network technologies.
