Silky Touch set to mark 40th anniversary with wine-tasting event

September 29,2024
Share:

Renowned luxury goods centre and fashion consultants, Silky Touch Emporium, will, on October 1, mark its 40th anniversary with a classic wine-tasting event for style and wine connoisseurs.

The unique men-only wine-tasting experience will feature a collection of exotic Stefano Ricci wines and champagnes for the wine connoisseurs, as well as the presentation of the Royal Suites homeware collection of silverware plates, cutleries, glasses and home furniture.

From its humble beginnings on Olowu Street in the heart of Ikeja, Lagos, the gentlemen’s clothier, like a mustard seed, has evolved into a unique luxury goods store that parades some world-class premium Italian clothes and accessories for men who understand the business of dressing well.
For the anniversary celebration, Silky Touch will also be presenting sustainable designs for both the young and the young-at-heart.
Beside the top Italian designer pieces that have been stocked for the event, MD/CEO, Silky Touch, Ogbuefi Victor Okolie, said “we are also investing more in quality jewelleries, watches, leather goods, and other accessories.
“These are items that have second-hand value that you can pass from one generation to another. Gold and diamond jewellery, for instance, still have value, no matter how old they are.”
He further said: “there would be a good discount for early birds in all our shops in Victoria Island, Ikeja, and Abuja.”
