As the fashion season continues to unfold, celebrity fashion designer, Isi Atagamen Sakalis, is set to debut her latest collection, “Dreams by the Water,” at a special off-site show for African Fashion Week Nigeria (AFWN) 2024.

Scheduled to take place December 7th, 2024, at the Lagos Jetski Club, the exclusive event, tagged “Elysian Reverie,” promises to be an unforgettable evening of fashion, art, and storytelling.

Inspired by the essence of water, Isi says “Dreams by the Water” celebrates women who embody the strength, freedom, and beauty of water. Isi shares, “Water has always spoken to me. It’s bold and unpredictable, yet calming. Dreams by the Water celebrates women who, like water, find beauty in their strength and freedom.”

The collection features flowing silhouettes, intricate craftsmanship, and breathtaking hand-painted designs, showcasing Isi’s signature elegance and individuality.

As Creative Director for AFWN 2024, Isi’s influence on African fashion continues to grow. Her dedication to promoting African fashion and her commitment to excellence have earned her a reputation as a trailblazer in the industry.

The event is supported by top brands, including The Macallan, L’Oréal Professionnel Paris, Budweiser, and the Lagos Jetski Club. With its serene waterfront backdrop, “Elysian Reverie” promises to be an unforgettable experience for the curated audience of industry leaders, tastemakers, and creatives.
