Do-it-yourself body scrubs from your Kitchen

You’re probably familiar with the standard skincare routine: cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate, repeat.

However, while taking care of your face, don’t neglect the skin below. It is important to incorporate a body scrub into your routine, to properly exfoliate your skin in order to remove dead skin cells.
By doing so, you will reveal smoother, brighter skin that is perfect for showing off.

Here are three easy-to-make body scrubs using ingredients commonly found in your kitchen:
1. Sugar and Olive Oil Body Scrub
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 1/2 cup olive oil
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
How to:
Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Use in the shower to exfoliate and moisturize your skin.
2. Coffee Ground and Coconut Oil Body Scrub
– 1 cup used coffee grounds
– 1/2 cup coconut oil
– 1 tablespoon brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder (optional)
How to:
Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Use in the shower to exfoliate and reduce appearance of cellulite.
3. Salt and Lemon Juice Body Scrub
– 1 cup sea salt
– 1/2 cup lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
How to:
Mix all ingredients together until you get a smooth paste. Use in the shower to exfoliate and brighten your skin.
