2Baba receives certificate of appreciation from Governor Ambode
Award-winning musician and ”African Queen” crooner, 2baba has been presented with a certificate of appreciation by the Lagos State governor, Akinwunmi Ambode.
Ambode made the presentation on behalf of All African Music Awards (AFRIMA). The Certificate of Appreciation was also presented to 2Baba for supporting AFRIMA from inception in 2014.
2Baba and other AFRIMA delegates visited the Lagos State governor to issue him a certificate of hosting as preparations are being made for the 2016 edition of the AFRIMA awards. Notable personalities at the occasion included TeeMac and DJ JimmyJatt.The multiaward winning singer seized the opportunity to invite the Lagos State governor to the upcoming ”Buckwyld and Breathless” concert set to hold on September 3, 2016.
It would be recalled that only recently, the musician, born Innocent Idibia, got conferred with an honorary title in Edo State for selfless service geared towards the advancement of the youths.
