Look of the week: Funke Akindele Bello

While she is a beauty to behold, and comfortable in her dark skin, Nollywood actress and producer, Funke Akindele Bello (FAB) is also one who enjoys making people laugh.
Jenifa as she is popularly called has invented a vocabulary all her own, which has been well received by her fans, who enjoy imitating the newly married actress.
For the Naija FM Comedy awards held recently, Funke stunned in this elegant black dress with criss-crossed panels for neckline and a puffed sleeves. She looked every inch a lady, with her classically styled hair and the rose-inspired clutch.
Her make up was all shades of gorgeousness with its neutral tones.
For this look, none of the actress’ funny side showed, none of the Ayetooro vibe came through; just plain class.
It seems a safe choice, but it was definitely a breathe of fresh air amidst the glam game, going on at the award.
