Man runs deliberately runs foul of traffic law to get attention of beautiful FRSC officer

A Nigerian man, Godking Ifeanyi with the Twitter handle @BATTLETIDE recently shared, how he had deliberately run foul of traffic laws, upon seeing a beautiful Federal Road Safety Corp officer.
