STAY YOUNG IN THE NEW YEAR – HAVE MORE SEX

The clue to a healthier and longer life is to indulge in more sex. Though it sounds too good to be real, but the secret of staying young is much simpler than your dietary regimes and costly cosmetics. So the best effective way to keep looking youthful according to the latest comprehensive research, is to maintain an active love life.

A resent post from MensJournal.com, stated that orgasms are the spurting fountain of youth, from heart disease, cancer. The gains of lovemaking are a determinant in three categories of male mortality; hence, many Scientists believe that the more sex you have, the longer you will live and younger you will feel. Thus, sexual exercise seems to have a protective effect on human’s well being.

New research has revealed that participating in regular sex helps to keep one young. Scientists in California discovered that protective caps on our DNA – which indicate aging and general health care, are in better shape in women who have weekly romps.

Expensive creams, cosmetics, procedures and painful facials , may be nothing as healthy sex life is the true intrigue to looking youthful. Scientists have discovered that one can actually hold back the hands of time with frequent frolics.

For both men and women, the most desirable way to conserve sexuality in later years is to never stop making love. ‘’The vagina is one organ where use makes a difference, says Susan Love, MD, in Dr. Susan Love’s Hormone Book. ‘’Sexual exercise either masturbating or having sex with a partner will increase your natural lubrication. ‘’Men too may find arousal comes more easily when sexual activity is maintained regularly. However, the normal sexual diminution that comes in their 70s and beyond, may require some adjustment and variation.

It is believed that lovemaking keeps us younger because it ‘’decreases stress, relaxes us, enhances intimacy, and helps personal relationships. Satisfaction from the act is a crucial factor in preserving youthfulness.

British Psychological Society speaking in May, explained sex might not only make someone look younger but it could also prolong one’s life span.

‘’Having great sexual chemistry with your partner is obviously good for your relationship and keeps you happy.’’

Sexual pleasure is a major contributor to quality of life, ranking at least as high as religious commitment including other morale factors, so more positive attitudes towards mature sex should be vigorously promoted.’’ , he added.

Copulating with a compatible partner was the most beneficial especially, as casual sex could bring a lot of the detrimental stuffs to staying youthful such as anxiety and the absence of security, which are associated with staying young.

Married couples who have intercourse at least three times in a week, look more younger than their less sexually inclined counterparts, says the study which interviewed people between age 18 – 90. Having sex every day may not be realistic.

A good sex life leads to greater contentment, better sleep which is connected to skin care and in men, there is an increase in their testosterone output. Also, it promotes estrogen levels which stare off dryness and improves skin elasticity.

Improving the quality of one’s sex life can help a person to look between four and seven years younger, says consultant neuropsychologist, Dr David Weeks. Regular lovemaking also boosts the body’s natural defense against infections.

The more, the better, as you don’t have to follow a prescribed method to figure out what’s best for you. Sexual intercourse also boosts our immune system, prevent stagnation, allow us to feel more alive and sweat out toxins from our pores, according to Amy Levine, sex coach and founder of “Ignite Your Pleasure”.

Having more sex is good for our skin, because as we get older, we don’t heal easily,Indulging in lovemaking can help turn the clock back on aging.

When next you are on the ACT, just enjoy how fantastic it feels .
