American rapper, 50 Cents gets $80M from sponsors for movie project

merican rapper, Curtis Jackson, popularly known by his stage name 50 Cent , just revealed that he is working on a new movie project that would virtually cost him the sum of bout $80 million.
The ‘Candy shop’ rapper is yet to gives hints on the title of the movie and its release date. However, the rap star, who is also the Executive Producer of acclaimed TV series ‘Power’, revealed that he raised money from sponsors to foot his movie project.
On his Instagram page, an ecstatic 50 Cents shared a photo of him and his sponsors, with the caption:
“l told these two guys just give me the money for this movie l have it’s amazing, they said what’s the budget. l said 80 mill they looked at each other then said yeah we can do it. get the strap.”
