So what exactly do mean by detoxification? Simply put, dexoxification is a process in which a person makes a lifestyle changes to clear their body of toxins. By detoxifying, the person abstains from certain harmful habits and optimizes their body processes.

1. Go for the right foods
Instead of taking fast foods and other processed foods, go for organic vegetables and fruits.
2.Exercise and meditate regularly
By exercising, you sweat and that removes toxins through the skin. Studies have found trace amounts of arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury in sweat. On the otherhand, meditation helps clear the mind and relieves stress.
3. Follow a healthy diet routine
Foods like garlic, lemon, broccoli sprouts, mung beans and raw vegetables promote cleansing and detoxification of the body. A juice diet or smoothie, made up of freashly-made fruit and vegetable juice is also helpful to the body.
4.Breathe pure air
While you cannot control the air that you breathe outside, you can control that which circulates in your homes. Smokes, fumes, pet dander, mold, mildew and microorganisms can pollute the air. The practice of planting trees and sweet smelling plants wouldcome in handy to purify the environment from polluted air.
