Veteran Singer, Daddy Showkey turns 48

Today is Daddy Showkey’s birthday. He turns 48.
The ‘Galala’ crooner, took to his Instagram page to wish himself a happy day, while also thanking his father and mother for giving him life.
“Today is the day I started dancing in life, the day you thank God your father and Mother for making Loveand producing you. Born born day, “POSITION DAY” Happy Birthday. Daddy Showkey.” He wrote.
His friend and colleague in the music industry. Baba Fryo, also wished him well. He wrote: “HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY BROTHER FRIEND N A GREAT LEGEND, OLOROGUN, AJAGUNA OF OJODU LAND, ONI FAJI OF AJEGUNLE. LLNP AGE WITH GRACE.”
Daddy Showkey, born John Asiemo, is a veteran Nigerian galala singer. His genre of music is called ghetto dance or simply ghetto. He was popular in Ajegunle in the late 1990s.
