4 Tips on how to rock heels like a diva

November 26,2018

High heels is not for everyone. It is for the stylish woman who is neither faint-hearted nor insecure. Mind you, you can wear flats and still look stylish bold and secure but it takes extra effort to rock heels like a diva.

Also, keep in mind that all heels are never equal. There are different sizes, styles, and shapes that fit different feet perfectly. Find the one that best fits yours and keep looking fabulous.

Find below tips on how to rock heels confidently:

1.Watch your steps

You cannot strut about in a pair of heels as if they were flats. In fact, the higher the heel, the more deliberate you have to be about your steps. Keep your pace slow and short.

2.Ensure the shoe fits perfectly

When you execute poise and confidence in heels that are either a size too small or too big, it turns out bad. To avoid a ‘tripping accident,’ it is important your length of the heels fits your longest toe. What’s more, the balls of your feet must rest on the widest part of the heels.

3.Practice! Practice!!

Don’t slip on a pair of heels whenever you have to attend an all-important event. Instead make conscious to practise wearing heels around the house. From slow walks to quick dashes, you can move up and down the stairs or simply practice making turns. That way you get accustomed to heels.

4.Ensure you have flats as back ups

To avoid having to nurse throbbing feet and ankles, it is best you always have a pair of flats which you can switch to at intervals.
