According to popular Nigerian skin care expert and makeup guru, Awele Aina, every woman desires picture perfect, glowing skin.

Adeola Awele Aina

Whether you are a student, homemaker, or a working professional, it is very important to have good skin.

Our skin is fragile, and exposing it to harmful chemicals is always a huge risk to take. Stressful lifestyles, hectic work schedules, inadequate sleep, lack of nutritional diet, pollution, excessive smoking, and drinking alcohol are the major factors which make your skin dull and dry.

All of these are part and parcel of your life and you cannot run away from them. However, you can surely prevent them. Of course, you cannot hold on to your age, but you can surely slow down the loss of glow and radiance from your skin.

This is where homemade beauty recipes come in handy as they are a natural alternative to cosmetic products. I have broken down these solutions to keep your skin glowing into home remedies and diet that you need to follow. So sit back, relax, and read on to discover the secret to achieve that picture perfect skin.
