Love is a choice and a commitment to care deeply for another being.
It is a beautiful experience, it allows you care for another person like you will for yourself.
Kate Henshaw once captioned a post on her Instagram handle to motivate her fans on a Monday morning.
She wrote ;

Love is a choice…
Love is not a feeling…
Warts and all you choose to love..
Love is the answer to fear…
Love is the antidote to a life of regret…
Love yourself to overflowing then pour out to others…
If it does not come back the way you expect, then the easiest way is to not have expectations..
Just do you and be you.”
She mentioned love yourself to overflowing then pour out onto others.
This simply means that if you don’t love yourself enough, you may not be able to love another.
Loving another comes from how much we love our self.
We cannot give what we don’t have, loving our self comes first then that of others follows.
