Relationship : 3 ways to surppress the hurt of missing a loved ones

When the people we are in love with and fond off leaves, we miss them alot and that posses a great challenge on our happiness, here is 3 ways to suppress the hurt if missing a loved one.

For one reason or the other the people we love go away.

It could be because they work away from home or in another country.

Sometimes they leave because we failed to agree on a thing as lovers, partners or couples.

The hurt we feel most times can be detrimental to our health.

Here are 3 ways to suppress the hurt of missing a loved ones.

1.Invite some friends over ; When you invite some friends to come stay with you, they keep you happy and excited.

This will take your mind off the hurt your are feeling.

It also makes you feel loved and not alone.

2. Get Busy with Something  ;

Probably set a goal with a time frame, it could be about your job or work.

Just do something that will preoccupied your brain, this will prevent you from having spare thoughts of the person you are missing.

3. Engage in frequent calls with them ; With technological advancement, the distance is bridged.

We appear to be closer with every calls, chatting or video calls.

Your brain readjusts easily and you look forward to speaking with them.

These things will make you forget all the hurt you felt and also make sure you never have a swollen eyes when they go away from us.
