Healthy Living : Food that are good for your brain

There are certain food that are good for the brain health.

Depending on what you want to maintain good health  there are certain food requirements.

Some food are for weight loss, some can do for the eyes and so many other body part.

Here are foods that are good for your brain health.

Blackberry : Taking blackberries have been proven to be a healthy choice as it nutritional value helps improve the brain health.

Avocado :

Avocado’s are rich and yummy protein diet we can always include in our meals.

Can be taken alone or mixed in our salads.

Can also be blended into purees and they fill us just fine.

Walnut : Walnuts are exceptionally nutritious and can keep you healthy in ways you may not have imagined.

It’s surprisingly healthy for the human brain.

Dark Chocolate : Always a good choice for foods to take occasionally as it’s really healthy.

Eggs : 

Taking an egg a day is  healthy for the health and most importantly for the brain.

Coffee : 

Coffee is an important morning routine for most people and that’s very good for the brain.

There are so many other kind of food one can take in other to maintain the brain health.

Inculcating half of  the above mentioned food into your diet will certainly help with the brain.
