How to be truly happy in life

Ever wandered how to be truly happy in life with all the hardship associated with adulthood?

Then you need to read this post till the end. You are mlst likely to pick up something very useful.

After church one day, a colleague came to me and said;

Nancy I read your articles online and most times they are deep.

You sound like someone who is hurt and going through things.

Just check your BP, those thoughts that generate your articles can also be hurtful to you.

Laughing I said to him, one of my goals for the year is NO ANGER OR BAD FEELINGS.

And right now I can confidently tell you that my BP is just so normal as I have no worries ever.

I’ve not been angry or felt bad for 4 months.

I write from my heart because I have the ability to feel what my neighbor is going through.

I’m that person who looks at you or hears a thing about someone and my imaginations run wild on the possibilities of things that you could be thinking or worried about.

If I had to share my story, I’ve gotten to the level where I share them without feeling hurt or offended about them.

The moment you attain peace with yourself and other situations coming your way. You become truly happy.

The situations of life can humble a man I agree but the ability to always hold up your head, smile and apply critical thoughts not worry.

Can help you be HAPPY AND FULFILLED.

I checked my BP just to prove a point and it’s about 108 Vs 60.

He looked at me and said truly you have no worries.

I smiled and said, you too can.

Just channel your worries and try often to de-stress yourself.

No one has ever received an award for the BEST STRESSED.

Choose to be happy and always create your happiness by learning to silence the worries of hopelessness, rejection, barrenness, neglection and all bad energy generating feelings.

God has given you all you need to succeed, search for it by always thinking critically.

That a door closed doesn’t mean you are done for.

Look closely for doors opened when that one closed.

Don’t let tears blind you from seeing opportunities.

You are created for GREATNESS and it’s your portion to be happy.

Create it if you don’t have it already.

To your sanity and continuous happiness.
