We Need A Leader That Will Run Nigeria As A Business – Samklef
Nigerian singer Samuel Oguachuba, better known as Samklef, says the country needs a leader that will run it like a business.
The music producer, who earlier made headlines for claiming Nigeria wasn’t structured to work, took to Twitter on Thursday to share his political opinion ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
In a series of tweets, he also charged the presidency to resign if it can’t tolerate criticism.
“We voted for democratic government and if any presidency can’t take criticism, make dem resign.. stop using DSS to threaten people,” the singer wrote.
“We need a young soul to lead us, come 2023. No past soldier or custom. A pure soul that will listen and lead.
“We need somebody that can run Nigeria as a business. Who do you think will be the best candidate for 2023?
“I have ideas that can generate billions for Nigeria the government need to give its citizens 1st 24hours light and good fast internet 1st. And I will share my ideas! I no get big head for nothing.”
In March, Samklef had called out Dolapo Badmos, a spokesperson for zone 2 police command, over the state of the police barracks in the country.
