Set yourself free, Betty Irabor encourages women who have suffered a miscarriage
Betty Irabor, publisher and founder of Genevieve magazine has a word of encouragement for women who have suffered a miscarriage.
She encourages them try to set themselves free from the guilt so they can begin to heal as it is their fault.
In a tweet on Thursday, the 63-year-old revealed that she too has had a miscarriage, a near miscarriage and the experience is bloody nasty.
“I have had a miscarriage & a near miscarriage & the experience is bloody nasty. U blame ursef 4 what u cld or shld have done differently. D guilt consumes u.
Truth is, It’s not ur fault. U didn’t bring it upon urself. Try & set urself free from d guilt so u can begin to heal❤” She wrote.
