Suya is really very simple to prepare, as long as you have access to the spice and your preferred meat. Traditionally, it was made with beef, but in recent years, people have experimented with chicken suya and even bush meat suya.

Here’s what you will need:

Beef
Suya Spice
2 seasoning cubes
Salt to Taste
Ground dried pepper
White Pepper
Ginger and Garlic Powder
Vegetable oil
Peanut butter
