* 1 very ripe banana.
* 1 cup milk.
* 1/4 cup water.
* 2 medium eggs.
* 1 cup All-purpose flour.
* 1tablespoon Sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg.
* Pinch of salt.
* 1 tablespoon Oil/melted butter.
Turn into medium heated pan using 1/2 cup
Cook for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve with your choice of toppings.
