Recipe for Chinese egg and Shrimp/prawn fried rice
1 1/2 cups uncooked basmati rice
2 eggs
15-20 shrimps/prawns
1 onion
11/2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon fish seasoning
2 carrots
1/2 small green bell pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
Chicken seasoning powder to taste
1/2 cup frozen peas
1/3 cup spring onions
4-6 tablespoons veg oil
