How to enjoy the Nipples during sexual intercourse

CONTINUED FROM PREVIOUS WEEK

Circle the boobs – Immediately your body starts reacting, use the feather-like touch to circle and slowly massage or squeeze your breasts. Do not rush to touch the nipples until you are fully turned on. Move on to circle the breasts in large strokes around the areola and breast without touching the nipples. By doing this, you are helping to build sexual anticipation; the secret for this massage is edging, which is playing the edge of pleasure and teasing until the body responds by begging for more.

So, listen to your body, go slowly and try not to focus on any end goal. Relish the moment of every touch, sensation, and take the time to be ready for the next stage.

Make use of tracing, pinching and rolling – Your body begging for more means that it’s time to move on to the nipples phase but then, you still have to tease the energy from the nipples and let it flow throughout the whole body. As you know, the nipples release oxytocin, the hormone that makes us feel good, relaxed, and gives us those warm and fuzzy feelings of love and bonding. Trace the areola with a feather-like touch until the nipples are erected- move between the nipples to the breast, to the neck and the stomach.

Move on to pinching – Pinching from the root of the nipple stimulates oxytocin. It mimics breastfeeding, so it should be a firm pinch that may feel painful for a second but becomes a rush of pleasure within a twinkle of an eye. Pinching the nipples harder will give rise to larger surge of oxytocin with more pleasure. Incredibly pleasurable as long as the nipples are aroused, be sure to vary the pinching from lighter to stronger touches.

From the strong pinch, you get to the rolling technique – Begin with pinching the nipples firmly at the root, roll between the thumb and index finger. Play from lighter to very strong, this can create even deeper waves of oxytocin release. In all these, keep breathing and if by mistake your mind wanders off, you can quickly focus on the sound of your breath.

Full body waves of orgasmic feelings – This is all about creating multiple waves of orgasmic feelings instead of one big orgasm. In the process of teasing oneself, edging pleasure and moving orgasmic energy throughout the body, one’s orgasms can become like waves moving through every vertebra. Slow down when things get pretty turned on with arousal, anticipation, and if at that edge of being close to orgasm, you can decide what to do, at this stage, it’s entirely up to you.

Nipple orgasms can be a harbinger to a genital orgasm if you want to have multiple orgasms in one go. Plus, nipple orgasms can be a mess-free alternative to vaginal orgasms when you’re in your menstrual period.

It’s also true that some women won’t be able to achieve orgasm from nipple play alone but if you happen to be one of such; once you’re close to climax, feel free to bring vaginal stimulation in to the mix, it’s allowed and of course, it will still count as a nipple orgasm.

In the end, nipple play and nipple orgasms are all about trial and error, so allow your lover to explore your body’s abilities with no bias or expectations. Just so you know “A nipple orgasm, like a clitoral orgasm, requires patience and curiosity.

Never be afraid to experiment with various approaches to discover what feels good.”

The truth is that half the fun is in experimenting and there is no need to worry, you cannot really go wrong. You can only get better with practice! practice!! practice!!!
