A report by Media TakeOut says a close friend of Kim is worried over her safety as the divorce drama between her and estranged rapper husband, Kanye West, continues to ratchet up.

According to the report, this friend believes Kanye could hurt Kim and claim to be insane.

Speaking to MTO news, the insider explained that she, along with others close to Kim, are worried that Kanye’s erratic outbursts could turn violent. 

In her word;

“Kim is my friend. Imagine if you had a friend and her ex-husband was posting crazy stuff on IG, leaves all kinds of messages on her phone, and buys a house across the street from her. You’d be worried for her safety too.”

 “If Kanye did end up hurting her, he might not even go to prison over it. He could plead insanity.”

As at press time there is no knowledge of anytime Kanye has been violent towards Kim or any other woman during his life or career .

In the US, to plead “insanity” in court States generally apply one of three rules, or at least a variation of one of three rules, to define “insanity.”

Under the M’Naghten rule, a criminal defendant is not guilty by reason of insanity if, at the time of the alleged criminal act, the defendant was so deranged that he did not know the nature or quality of his actions or, if she knew the nature and quality of her actions, she was so deranged that she did not know that what she was doing was wrong.
