Comedian, Basketmouth, and aide to Ifeanyi Okowa, Delta state governor, Ossai Success, have engaged in a war of words over Portable, the controversial singer.

Portable has been enmeshed in a plethora of dramas in the past week.

Just recently, ‘street Wahala’ as he is called, provoked public outrage following a video that surfaced online where he instructed his team members to brutalise a young man in Ogun state for no logical reason.

Reacting to the incident, success said the ‘Zazoo Zeh’ crooner needs urgent rehabilitation from drugs and alcohol.

Basketmouth, however, tackled Ossai via his Instagram story, saying he should also “recommend some of your colleagues to join him”.

“That’s fine, as long you as you recommend some of your colleagues to join him. The difference ain’t much.”

Okowa’s aide who didn’t hesitate to fire back at Basketmouth, asked if the comedian would permit his child to behave like Portable.

He implied that Basketmouth’s statement portrays encouragement for “Portable’s misbehaviour”.

“Basketmouth is part of the people encouraging Portable to be misbehaving all in the name of fame.”

Since Portable came to the limelight in 2021, he has been involved only in controversial issues.
