Yul Edochie urge on Nigerians to desist from ethnic war-instigating utterances ahead of 2023 election
Popular Nollywood actor, Yul Edochie, has taken to his official Instagram page to urge Nigerians not to turn election campaigns into tribal war, ahead of the 2023 election.
He advised that Nigerians should be careful with their utterances, as the three main candidates from the ruling parties are from the three major ethnic groups in Nigeria.
Adding that ethnic war-instigating utterances are already building up across the country.
He also stated that people “are free to support whomever they believe in”, there is no need turning campaigns into war, as it is not by force to support a particular candidate.
“Your choice must not be another person’s choice. Let’s be guided, election is not war.”
