Veteran actress, Maureen Okpoko seeks assistance for eyesight
Veteran Nollywood actress, Maureen Okpoko, has pleaded with Nigerians to help her as she is losing her eyesight.
The gifted actress explained in a video that she has trouble seeing and that she requires immediate medical care or she will entirely lose her sight.
The ill actress said that she needs money in order to address her blindness and vision impairment, which is why she is contacting Nigerians.
She noted that although losing her vision has been difficult, she is thankful to God for the gift of life. She also requested prayers from her followers.
The actor, who was born in Anambra State, has been in a number of Nigerian films and television shows, including ‘Red Scorpion’, ‘Baby Oku’, ‘Clinic Matters’, ‘University Mafias’, ‘Dear Mother’, ‘Sorrowful’ and a host of others.
