KEEPING MEN’S DOWNSTAIRS FRESH

Keeping men’s downstairs odourless is one very vital ritual that must be taught at a very early stage in life. Maintaining good genital hygiene is as important as keeping any other part of the body clean.

Certain harmless bacteria are normally found in men’s genitals as they play important role of keeping the skin in a healthy state. An excess build up of bacteria due to lack of sexual hygiene can be harmful and in the long run, lead to health related issues. Regular washing of the genitals ensures that the genital area is clean, healthy and smell fresh.

Here Is How To Keep The Men’s Genitals Odourless :
The genitals must always be clean and dry in order to keep any infection at bay.
Observing genital hygiene helps improve your overall sexual experience. Condoms alone do not solve the cleanliness condition, but they are great at preventing sexually transmitted diseases and acting as birth control measures.
Note that men’s intimate hygiene is quite different from that of women when it comes to sexual sanitation.
Take your bath once or twice a day and be sure to wash the genital area with special focus on the penis, scrotum, anus, including the pubic hairs which must be thoroughly washed with mild soap and water.
Be sure to wash your hands before you touch your manhood or urinate just in case, you have touched anything that might irritate it like chemicals, pepper or heat rub. Always, gently shake your manhood after urinating in order to expel the remaining drops of urine. Wipe dry with tissue paper.

  • It’s advisable to wash the anus with water or dry with toilet rolls after every bowel movement.
  • Don’t ever forget to wash your hands after urinating and cleaning your anus since germs can easily spread through your hands.
  • For men that are not circumcised, don’t try to forcefully push the foreskin back, the skin will gradually open up and push backwards on its own (you can always wash the part of foreskin that’s visible).
  • Only mild soaps preferably chemical free should be used for cleaning foreskin. Bubble bath and heavily scented soap is a big NO.
  • And, if you notice any thick whitish yellow, oil-like substance under the foreskin called smegma, it’s important to wash it off as accumulation of it can cause genital smell and may lead to infections.
  • Ensure to always keep your sexual organs dry after bathing, perspiring and even after swimming session, to prevent any form of fungal infection. The same goes for love making. Smart advice is to clean up before sex as it will not only prevent the spread of infections, but might scale back the odds of transmission.
  • Wear comfortable bottoms- Use a fresh pair of underwear/boxers that have been properly washed, thoroughly rinsed and fully dried. Wear loose-fitting cotton underwear as it doesn’t retain moisture. A loose fit is always better for your intimate hygiene as tightness and sweat can both impact fertility, and can lead to conditions like jock itch.
  • On a final note, make good use of your manhood and let ejaculation be part of your daily routine if possible (this includes ejaculation during intercourse, masturbation and nocturnal emissions, to keep your sexual organs healthy and strong).
  • An odourless downstairs hygiene can aid in stimulating and improving sexual activity like oral sex.
  • So, guys, ensure your downstairs area (intimate parts and butt) is kept sweat-free and fresh!
