LADIES WANT IN BED: POST-MOTHER’S DAY

It is really of importance to note that every woman’s sexual preferences and gratification varies. There’s actually, no universal formula for ladies’ desires; what one woman enjoys, another may not enjoy.

In as much as there’s really no recipe for ladies sexual desires in bed, yet, all of them wish for genuine intimacy.
Foreplay and Afterplay- Most ladies love it when quality time is spent on foreplay ( flirting, smooching, kissing, touching, and other forms of physical intimacy) that helps to build arousal and anticipation before the main act.
She’s more turned-on if ample time has been paid to foreplay and cuddling, pillow talk, or showering together.

Sexual variety- Keep things interesting by experimenting new stuff in the bedroom. It could be different positions and locations or incorporating new elements into your sexual routine.

Aftercare- Women love to be showered affection and care after sexual sessions. Such as cuddling, talking, or simply spending time together. Such acts help to reinforce emotional connection and well-being of both partners.

Outside of the bedroom sex- Women love spontaneous sex. Be adventurous by using other locations when you want to copulate. Other locations like the sitting room/couch, kitchen, bathroom, library or back garden, is good to go. The whole essence is to act on impulse.

Talk during sex- Women love to talk during sex not necessarily only for dirty talk but also compliments; they want to feel wanted/hot/desired/appreciated/honoured. In fact, ladies love to both give and receive compliments in and outside the bedroom.

Dirty talk can become arousing as you dive further into foreplay. Hearing loving thoughts or compliments can also create desire, leading to an intimate encounter.

Pay attention to non verbal signs- They really wish for you to pay attention to body cues–moaning, heavier breathing/increased lubrication; be responsive, tuned-in lover, and doing more of what you are doing. It’s more about repetition than variation when it comes to ladies climaxing.

Prioritize her orgasm- Ladies don’t want their spouses to be selfish sexually. This is not really the case in many situations, where a lover tends to focus on his own self-satisfaction, forgetting his partner is participating, and hoping for pleasure as well.
Orgasm ought to be a mutual, loving, respectful experience for both mates.
Most ladies actually have the ability to climax multiple times. This means that your job as her man, is to make sure she can achieve more of these orgasms.

Sexual worship- She wants to be stroked and caressed not grabbed or rushed. A lady will want to see adoration in her guy’s eyes, longing for her.
To be romantic in bed for ladies, focus on creating a loving and intimate atmosphere. Use soft lighting, play sensual music, engage in foreplay, express your love both verbally and physically, and prioritize emotional connection.
Women’s sexual wants are not complicated; lack of communication most times, leads to sexual conflicts.
Going forward, instead of sending out visible clues when copulating or using body language/hints, just be open and speak to your significant other; say what you want and how you want it when in a sexual moment. It is great for a healthy relationship and the optimum sex life you desire.
For ladies, it is not just about sex, but a physical and emotional reflection of feeling desired in bed!
