Founding Director, of Cascade Luxury (Scientified), a leading niche perfume company in Nigeria, Mr. Chike Memeh and the entire board, last weekend, played host to perfume lovers as Cascade Luxury introduced a new addition to its niche perfume stable.

Sirene by Fragrance Du Bois was glamorously introduced into the Nigerian market at an exclusive ceremony held at the Presidential Suite, Eko Signature, Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos.

It was an evening of scents, opulence and light music as guests sniffed the cherry-based seductive scent of Sirene– a Japanese word for mermaid.

International Sales Director, Fragrance Du Bois, Veronica Vercesi said the inspiration for the new perfume came from Japanese folklore of legendary mermaids that attracted sailors with their songs. “This fragrance has the same feeling when you wear it; it attracts all the people around you.”

Speaking on why they were launching in Nigeria as a market of choice, she said, “we think it can be perfect for the Nigerian market because it is powerful, special and unique because in Nigeria, we have those kinds of people.”

Chaired by Admiral Festus Porbeni rtd., the launch was witnessed by millionaire businessman and socialite, Chief Obinna Uyiegbu (Obi Cubana), veteran actor Richard Mofe Damijo and colleague Omowunmi Dada and a host of other perfume enthusiasts.
