Fruits are a storehouse of nutrients that render a myriad health and beauty benefits. However like the fruit, the peel too has lots to offer. Normally, we tend to throw away the fruit peel, as not many of us feel that the fruit peel can also be healthy.
Moreover, fruit peel is usually not as tasty as the fruit pulp, which could be another reason why we never try to consume a fruit peel.
However, here are some health benefits of 6 fruit peels.
