Comedian, Ali Baba has been speaking on what makes a marriage successful.

According to him, contrary to many people’s opinion, it is not religion that keeps the marriage together.

He posted on his Instagram a response to a fan who asked him if a Christian marrying a Muslim can cause unhappiness, Ali Baba said “There are Muslims married to Christians and they are still married, 30 years after. They go and attend their different religious affiliations. But there are pastors married to Christians and it did not last. Even Pastor ND Pastor Mrs break up. It’s not religion that keeps the marriage together, It is the couple’s maturity, tolerance, and personalities (character, upbringing, education, exposure and who they have become with a mix of all that.”
