Fashion Masterclass highlight @ Day 2 of Social Media Week Lagos 2019
The fashion industry is one that is thriving yet grooming many creatives. As much as it has witnessed growth in recent times, there is still room for improvement.
This apparently led to Masterclass held for entry level professionals, creatives and students/youth at the experience stage of #SocialMediaWeek2019
Customer is key and understanding consumer behaviour were some of the touch points that had the panelists talk about with media personality, Mimi Onalaja as anchor.
The topic which was centred on :Social, Stylish and Sustainable had Oluwatomiwa Oladele, the creative director of House of Ayaba, Moses Ebiye, Creative lead, Moses Ebiye Company, Aderinola Odugbesan Thomas, Founder of DerinFromIsaleeko, Bidemi Zakariyau, Founder & CEO, LSF/PR on the panel.
They spoke on the use of social media in the fashion industry, understanding consumer behaviour, driving content, the versatility of an outfit, whether or not it was appropriate to follow trends, visual storytelling and more.
The attendees also learnt how to transform an office day career woman to a romantic date night chic.
They did not leave empty empty-handed there were souvenirs courtesy house of Ayaba.
