Congolese singer, Koffi Olomide bags 2years in jail for raping 15-year-old
Congolese legendary Singer, Koffi Olomide has bagged 2 years in jail for raping a 15-year-old girl.
He was found guilty of raping one of his former dancers when she was 15. The singer was handed a two-year suspended jail sentence by a court in France in absentia.
According to BBC, the ruling means the Congolese star only faces arrest if he commits further offences. Olomide, aged 62, has been ordered to pay 5,000 euros in damages to the former dancer.
