Warm water and weight loss: All you need to know!

WARM WATER HELPS YOU LOSE WEIGHT, FACT OR MYTH?

Warm water

Some people make weight loss seem like a struggle for them so they go out of their ways hoping to find a way to accelerate the progress with their weight loss journeys with little or no effort on their part.

Let’s talk about warm water, yes it’s a FACT that WATER aids weight loss as it keeps the body hydrated, increasing the rate at which the muscles and organs work. This enhances the metabolic activity in our system thereby causing calories to burn faster.

This isn’t to say that warm water has no benefits; Drinking a cup of warm water on an empty stomach may improve bowel movements and relieve constipation for most people, while breaking food down as it smoothly passes through our intestines.

Warm water is known to alleviate pains from cramps to muscle spasms.

It’s calming and soothing effect provides instant relief to pain.

Drinking warm water helps relieve nasal congestion by loosening clogged sinuses and can also relieve a sinus headache .

Clearly, it is a MYTH that drinking warm water will make you lose weight.

However it is advised that either cold or warm, we should drink a minimum of 1.5 liters of water daily.

You can also feel free to throw in a slice of lemon or any natural fruits of your choice, to give it some flavor.

ALSO NOTE: “WARM WATER CANNOT AND WILL NOT BURN FAT. ON THE CONTRARY, COLD WATER ON AN EMPTY STOMACH IS SAID TO INCREASE YOUR METABOLISM TO A CERTAIN EXTENT BUT IS STILL NOT ENOUGH TO BURN FAT. ALL IN ALL, WEIGHT MANAGEMENT IS CALORIES IN VERSUS CALORIES OUT WHILE ENSURING YOU’RE CONSUMING “QUALITY” CALORIES ! … NOTHING WORKS BUT DAILY DELIBERATE EFFORTS TO EAT RIGHT. FOCUS ON PROGRESS AND NOT PERFECTION.
