“The biggest weight loss secret I know is INFORMATION”-Lepacious Bose

Share:

Comedienne Lepacious Bose has really come a long way in her weight loss journey.

In 2015, when she posted pictures of her going from size 32 to 18, people were amazed.

Four years later, Lepacious Bose is still waxing strong in the journey to stay healthy.

She also uses her Instagram page to educate others who want to lose weight.

In a new Instagram post, the comedienne is urging people to be educated about what they eat, especially packaged foods. For people who are keen on losing weight, she said that they have to look out for the information printed on the content before use as it has a lot to do with their body.

Lepacious Bose wrote,

This is why I tell people to always READ FOOD LABELS!!! They are there FYI

I have a friend that works in a beverage company, anytime I say na you Dey give us sugar drink; his answer is always simple and the same.

I DONT GIVE YOU SUGAR TO DRINK, I OFFER IT TO YOU AND WROTE ON THE BOTTLE WHAT IT CONTAINS, YOUR DECISION TO PUT THE CONTENTS IN YOUR BODY IS ENTIRELY YOURS. YOUR DECISION TO TAKE 2-10 BOTTLES BECAUSE YOU ARE AT A PARTY IS YOURS!

That’s the truth, the law requires that manufacturers should write the content and the details of the content on the pack, your decision not to read and understand it is yours.

As a matter of fact be weary of any packaged food without the contents stated, also those ones that write it veeeery tiny you need a binoculars to read it….they are twice as dangerous! It’s tiny because it contains dangerous stuff but they are mandated to write it by law; this way the liability transfers to you because they can say we complied and the information is on the pack!!

The biggest weight loss secret I know is INFORMATION….what you don’t know might kill you and when you know what you are putting in your body you can plan and do the needful.

Am I saying taking fizzy drinks are wrong? Nope but do you need all that sugar in your body In a sitting just because you are thirsty or it’s a party? Do you have to finish a bottle? Do you have to drink more than one? Etc….,
The choice is yours!
