Its much easier to add pounds than it is to losing same.

Most people who added in weight due to one reason or the other usually find it challenging to return to their preferred size.

It gets challenging as they go from dieting, talking pills and worst still exercising.

If you are not in the category of people who indulge in healthy eating and exercising simply because of the health benefits.

Keeping to that cause can be challenging as most individuals tend to backslide after few days or months.

How then do one loose weight without stressing out.

The most important and easy way to be in shape and maintain good health is to be always conscious of what goes into our system.

Eating habit determines our health, weight and well-being.

Eating too much bread, pasta, rice, yam and other carbohydrate rich meals, makes one to put on so much weight.

It increases the sugar level as well, in moderation these products are essential for a balanced diet.

In Nigeria, most consumptions from the average local man is made of carbohydrates. It’s mostly included in the three important meals of the day.

To be slightly different from the normal and for others who are conscious about their weight and health.

Substituting rice with slim rice is if utmost importance.

Slim rice is a low calorie alternative to regular rice, which is produced from konjac flour.

Konjac products are gluten free, low in calories and help keep the blood sugarand cholesterol level low.

Konjac flour is rich in glucomannan which helps you lose weight by slowing down digestion and prolonging the satisfying feeling of fullness.
